The Homecraft Apex is a floor-standing electric sauna heater built for large residential rooms and commercial saunas. Available in 10kW, 12kW, 15kW and 18kW, it combines a tall stainless-steel tower with a 310 lb rock capacity for strong, even heat and traditional löyly.

Apex models and room size

Size the heater from interior cubic feet (length × width × height). Glass walls, poor insulation or outdoor use can change the right model — confirm with us before you order.

• Apex 10kW — about 400–625 cubic feet
• Apex 12kW — about 425–700 cubic feet
• Apex 15kW — about 550–900 cubic feet
• Apex 18kW — about 690–1,200 cubic feet (208V 3-phase only)
  
  

10kW, 12kW and 15kW are offered in 240V single-phase and 208V 3-phase. The 18kW Apex is 208V 3-phase only. A licensed electrician should confirm breaker size, wire and panel capacity before installation.

Built for heat and steam

The Apex holds about 310 lb of sauna rocks. That mass stores heat and produces substantial steam when water is poured over the stones — the löyly people want in a traditional sauna.

A protected element air chamber directs heat through the rock pile instead of leaving the elements exposed. The heater is 18″ in diameter by 36″ tall, 100% stainless steel, and manufactured in Canada. It is CSA/UL listed. Homecraft covers the unit with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Sauna rocks and the digital control are sold separately.

Residential and commercial use

Apex is the Homecraft line for rooms that outgrow a wall-mounted 6–9kW heater, and for saunas that run hard: home gyms, hotels, fitness clubs, wellness amenities and high-use custom rooms.

Choose the model from room volume, electrical service and duty cycle. For all-day commercial operation, ask about the compatible 24-hour control. Standard and WiFi Homecraft TKE controls work with the Apex series depending on wattage and voltage.
