Return & Refund Policy

At Vancouver Sauna, all sauna accessory sales are final. Returns and refunds are not offered except in the limited circumstances outlined below.


Exceptions – Sauna Accessories

We will only accept a return or issue a replacement/refund if:

  • An incorrect item was shipped due to an error on our part

To qualify, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@vancouversauna.ca, including your order number as proof of purchase.

If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition where applicable.

Approved claims will be resolved with either a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer. Shipping insurance applies to eligible transit damage claims.


Sauna Heaters

Sauna heaters are not eligible for return under this policy.

All warranty claims, repairs, or replacements must be handled directly through the manufacturer in accordance with the warranty documentation provided with your product.
